Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:29 PM PST “Va Va Voom,” indeed. On the heels putting her derrière on display in a thong, Nicki Minaj has stripped down to show off her assets yet again. Never one to shy away from risqué, skin-baring fashions, the raptress donned nothing but star-shaped pasties on her bosom while shooting the music video for “Freaks,” her collaboration with rapper French Montana off his upcoming album, Excuse My French. In new behind-the-scenes snaps, Minaj poses in leopard pants and an unzipped gold topper, flashing her chest adorned with a chunky chain necklace. But this certainly isn’t the first time the crooner has put her cleavage front and center. From perfume launch events, to press conferences, to on-stage performances, to even strolls on the streets, Minaj has a habit of making her curves the center of attention. Nor is it new for the Young Money artist to flash some flesh on camera. Back in 2013, Minaj caused quite a splashwhen she unveiled her music video for "Starships," in which she was seen rolling around in the sand in a barely-there hot pink two piece. Watch Minaj shoot the “Freaks” music video, below. Then tell us: Do you think Minaj is showing too much skin? Give your reason why or why not in the comments. |

The 11 Wackiest Moments From Big Ang’s CR Fashion Book Photo Shoot Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:20 PM PST Anyone who has seen so much as a second of VH1′s Mob Wives knows that Angela Raiola, better known as “Big Ang,” is all kinds of awesome. Well, apparently fashion photographer Bruce Weber and former French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld got the memo, too. The fashion legends just shot the reality TV star for the latest issue of Roitfeld’s new magazine CR Fashion Book. With the help of supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio, Irina Shayk and a bunch of poodles, Big Ang proves she’s ready for her close-up in a shoot that has her wearing a red bra — and not a whole lot else. Luckily, someone was smart enough to videotape the entire shoot — and after watching it once (okay, a lot more than that), wenarrowed it down to the 11 most ridiculous stills.
Enjoy. 10.) And then, it all ends with a seagull … 11.) … And the remains of Big Ang. Help us, Alessandra. Check out the full video, below. |
What Did You Have To Say About This Week’s Hottest TV Shows? Posted: 27 Feb 2013 11:39 AM PST Today’s theme in How To Watch TV Like a Pro: Learning! What did we learn from our favorite TV shows this week, Celebuzzers? Well, we all learned that Seth MacFarlane does not make a great Oscars host. We learned maybe more than we wanted to know about urinary tract infections from this week’s Girls. We also learned how to live! To laugh! To love! Or something. Celebuzz recaps many TV show and events, but we also really love hearing from you. That is why we feature your comments about today's best TV programs in a weekly feature called TV Recap: Fan Edition. And if you would like to have your thoughts and opinions featured, simply leave comments on any of our TV recap posts. Then tune in next week to see if your comment has been selected. See what else we learned — and our favorite reader recaps — after the jump.
“Seth MacFarlane did not suck at all. That little girl is going to grow up to be really full of herself. J Law kicks ass.” – Mlss, who teaches us that it is OK to disagree with pretty much everyone else in the entire world about Seth MacFarlane‘s hosting duties on our GIF recap of the Oscars. “Aw it was nice of Jane Fonda to come dressed as a mustard bottle even though it's not Halloween.” – HorseGirl, who taught us that yellow is not everyone’s color during our Comment Party. “Sean has made a huge mistake. Catherine is an adorable girl, but she will hate living in Dallas, Texas. She will regret leaving her job at Amazon. I don't see them lasting at all.” – Lea, who thinks Catherine may learn a thing or two about regret on The Bachelor. “I am so proud of AshLee leaving with her dignity. She was exactly right about it being all about giggling and acting bubbly. Catherine's sisters told Sean that she can have mood swings. Like I said, Catherine is an adorable and intelligent young lady, but she will not want to give up her life in Seattle. She is too young for Sean, and I would be surprised if she will be able to accept Sean's earnest and fundamental religiousnous.” – Lea (again), a bonafide The Bachelor expert. Lastly, Murny learned how to share GIFs in our comments on this Girls recap: Not my favorite episode but worth it for this part: And that's what you had to say this week, folks. Remember, if you would like your thoughts featured in next week's TV Recap: Fan Edition, simply leave comments on your favorite TV recap posts. See you next week! |
Look: Kimye’s Love Immortalized In Art Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:25 PM PST A picture is worth a thousand words. But these works of art spell out just two: lasting love. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s soon-to-be child-bearing romance has been immortalized in a painting — posing as Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic‘s famed front-of-ship scene — all thanks to artist Paul Fuentes, who serves as an in-store artist and graphic designer for the marketing department of Whole Food’s TriBeCa location in New York City. “I was assigned to do a generic Valentines Day themed promotion,” Fuente said of the piece, according to the Huffington Post. “Kim and Kanye have been in the news a lot lately as ‘The Couple.’” “I wanted to tell a Valentine's Day story that people could relate to now,” he added. “I try to use humor in my pieces to convey the message.” But Kimye isn’t Fuente’s first foray into portraying the likes of Hollywood’s famous faces. “For me, pop culture is always fun to reference because everyone can relate to it and get involved,” he explained. On his tumblr, titled “Chalk Zombies,” Fuentes chronicles archives of his A-list illustrations, drawing on everything from Star Wars, Home Alone and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, to painters like Gustav Klimt, Vincent Van Gough, and Pablo Picasso. After his Kimye art caught attention online, E!’s The Soup was inspired to pick up the paintbrush — er, on Photoshop — to render Kardashian and West in a few other famous movie moments. West channeling John Cusack’s grand romantic gesture in Say Anything…: Kimye wet their whistle as Annie Hall‘s Diane Keaton and Woody Allen on an NYC rooftop: The couple try out robot love as WALL-E and Eve from the Pixar classic: Tell us: Which work of art do you think best captures Kimye’s essence? Why The Sexiest Woman Alive Is Ready To Settle Down Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:25 PM PST In the April 2013 issue of Marie Claire, Mila Kunis says she's ready to give up the globetrotting actor lifestyle for awhile. "I want to explore other parts of this industry to see what aspects of it I can get myself into, so that I can… work out of home maybe?" the "Sexiest Woman Alive" tells the magazine. "Like producing. Then I can have, like, a life, in one location." Kunis, who's been dating her former That '70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher since last year, says she’s ready to take a break from filming. "I don't think I can do this three-movies-a-year thing. It's too much. There comes a point in your life where you want to be…home," she told the magazine.
Here are some other highlights from the 29-year-old's chat with Marie Claire: On finding fame at a young age (she was 14 when she landed That '70s Show): "When '70s ended I went on a mission to prove everybody wrong. I read for movies I would never do . . . I needed to prove I was capable of doing things other than — forget comedy — other than a TV show." |

Holly Madison Wants Her ‘Placenta Turned Into Pills’ Posted: 27 Feb 2013 12:16 PM PST Holly Madison has big plans for the arrival of her new daughter, including ingesting her own placenta after giving birth to her baby. In a post written on her Celebuzz blog Wednesday, the 33-year-old former The Girls Next Door star mused about the hotly-debated trend for new mothers. “This might sound gross, but I'm totally planning on having my placenta turned into pills I can take after giving birth,” she wrote. “I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can!” And Madison will be in good company should she try this remedy.
Last year, Mad Men actress January Jones spoke openly about consuming her own placenta after welcoming her son, Xander. “I have a great doula who makes sure I'm eating well, with vitamins and teas, and with placenta capsules," she said. “Your placenta gets dehydrated and made into vitamins. It's something I was very hesitant about, but we're the only mammals who don't ingest our own placentas." Jones, 30, said that she takes the pill daily, or whenever she’s feeling a bit tired. She added, "It's not witch-crafty or anything! I suggest it to all moms!” In lieu of this parental practice hitting Hollywood, we spoke with parenting expert Dr. Michelle Golland, who confirmed that there are benefits to mothers eating their own placentas after childbirth. “The fact is, we know that it is a healthy thing to do,” she told us. ”We know a lot more now, and we do things — like freezing stem cells after birth — that can save the child's life.” Other celebrities who’ve also tried placenta include actresses Tia and Tamera Mowry, who infamously documented their taste test on an episode of Tia & Tamera, as seen in the video below. What do you make of placenta pills? Would you ever try it? Let us know in the comments. |

Rihanna And Chris Brown Party Down In Hollywood Posted: 27 Feb 2013 10:44 AM PST The party don’t start ’til they walk in. Rihanna and Chris Brown took over Hollywood on Tuesday evening after apparently stepping out together at Sean “P.Diddy” Combs‘ soiree at the Supper Club. The pair arrived at the party separately, but at the end of the night, the “Diamonds” singer drove away with her beau in his orange Ferrari.
Despite serving as a punchline within celebrity circles, the pair has remained dedicated to reigniting their romance. Brown helped RiRi usher in her 25th birthday on Feb. 20 with an intimate, PDA-filled getaway to Hawaii. “#25 feels so ph**kin sexy,” the R&B songstress posted on Instagram. Putting their domestic dispute behind them, Brown is ready to make a change, knowing that Rihanna has once and for all “forgiven” him. “Sometimes you row, you fight, with the one you love and things get said, stuff spirals. That night was the deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake. But she loves me,” he told the U.K.’s Mirror during Elton John‘s annual Oscar party. “I've learned a lot since that night and I've grown up. I was very young and I took a lot of stuff, fame, for granted. I didn't understand it. The support from those who do know me and the fans, who are incredible, got me through.” Launch the gallery to see RiRi and Chris’ night out in Hollywood. Then tell us: Do you think the public needs to forgive Chris as well? Is Rihanna justified in taking him back? |

10 Candidates To Host Next Year’s Oscars Posted: 26 Feb 2013 04:45 PM PST Seth MacFarlane may have given the Oscars a ratings boost this year, but the funnyman won't be back for the 2014 edition. In response to a fan's question about whether or not he'd host again, the 39-year-old wrote, "No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though" on Twitter late Monday night. According to the Los Angeles Times, Sunday’s telecast was viewed by more than 40 million viewers, an increase from last year's Billy Crystal show and James Franco and Anne Hathaway's Oscars disaster the year before. In their place: MacFarlane and his tune about boobs, plus daring (and uncomfortable) jabs like the one about 9-year-old Quvenzhane Wallis being almost the right age for George Clooney.
Celebuzz has some suggestions for who should make fun of next year's nominees. Click on the gallery, above, to see our wish list of future Oscar hosts. Then tell us: Who would you like to see on stage in 2014? |

Watch: The Celeb Life Featuring Jennifer Lawrence Posted: 27 Feb 2013 10:05 AM PST Jennifer Lawrence had herself one memorable Oscar night. From charming pre-show interviews (“I’m starving!” she told E!’s Ryan Seacrest) to her famous fall approaching the stage to accept her Best Actress award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, the 22-year-old had an evening unlike any actress in recent memory. However, this silver screen darling handled it all with aplomb and showed why she is one of the most popular and sought-after actresses in Hollywood. Now, Celebuzz is going behind-the-scenes to show you how stars like Lawrence get ready for A-list events like Sunday’s Academy Awards.
Lawrence’s win at the Oscars inspired some great stories outside of Hollywood as well. Her self-proclaimed No. 1 fan. Andy Strunk, celebrated the win in style from his home in Louisville, Ky. Strunk, who has Downs Syndrome, first met the actress when they took classes together at Kammerer Middle School in Louisville. They have stayed in touch ever since. Watch the video above to get an inside look at what it takes to achieve true Hollywood glamour. |
Posted: 27 Feb 2013 09:54 AM PST He’s single and ready to mingle. With Selena Gomez no longer in the picture, Justin Bieber has embraced his newfound bachelorhood, hitting the London party scene on Tuesday evening with rumored girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts Clark by his side. The pop star and his new gal pal were spotted club-hopping in London’s Leicester Square district before heading back to his swanky hotel, where they were accompanied by two other girls.
Earlier last week, the “Believe” crooner and Clark — an aspiring singer — spent quality time together during an intimate cruise around the city in a Rolls Royce, just one night before attending Justin Timberlake‘s BRIT Awards post-party concert. (via The Sunday Mirror) Since his arrival, the 18-year-old has made his presence known in England’s capitol city, from walking around in a gas mask to unveiling his twelfth tattoo: a large “X” — along with a major retail therapy session. Bieber broke out the big bucks during a recent shopping trip at swanky retailer Acne Studios, where he spent at least $3,000 in one hour, Celebuzz exclusively learned. “When Justin arrived he was taken to a special area to look at some clothes, although we did not shut down the store to the general public," a store insider told Celebuzz, adding, “He was in a good mood and nobody troubled him – he particularly liked some leather trousers and bought a few pairs.” Click the gallery to check out Bieber and Clark’s party the night away in London. Then tell us: What do you think of Bieber’s new single status? |
Anne Hathaway Trades One Fashion Faux Pas For Another — Which Do You Think Is Worse? Posted: 27 Feb 2013 08:57 AM PST Anne Hathaway attempted to clear up the controversy surrounding her Oscar dress by issuing a public apology to Valentino, the designer she was supposed to wear on the red carpet at this year’s Academy Awards. Though the luxury fashion house (started by her good friend and wedding dress designer) released a statement hours before the Oscars confirming they would be dressing Hathaway for the red carpet, the starlet surprised more than just the peeps at Valentino when she showed up in a pink Prada dress with ill-fitting darts that created such a buzz that it earned the nickname “Nipplegate.” In a statement to People magazine, the starlet — who ended up on more than a few worst-dressed lists for her pink dress’ ill-fitting darts — apologized for “any disappointment” her last-minute dress change caused, explaining that she ditched the Valentino dress she had planned to wear in order to avoid the ultimate red carpet fashion faux pas — aka “Copygate.”
“It came to my attention late Saturday night that there would be a dress worn to the Oscars that is remarkably similar to the Valentino I had intended to wear, and so I decided it was best for all involved to change my plans,” Hathaway said in the statement. According to Fashionista, the Valentino dress Hathaway had planned to wear turned out to be too similar to the Alexander McQueen gown her Les Miserables co-star Amanda Seyfried wore.
Meanwhile, Glamour reports that the lookalike Oscar dress may have belonged to Jennifer Aniston, who wore a strapless red Valentino dress to the Oscars.
Though neither Seyfried, Aniston, or Hathaway’s camps have confirmed the Valentino dress or fellow red carpet starlet in question, Valentino has gotten flack for dressing Sally Field and Hilary Swank (who only attended the Vanity Fair Oscar party) in similar red gowns with long trains.
So now you tell us which red carpet fashion faux pas is worse: Matching dresses with your co-star, aka “Copygate” — or Anne’s Oscars dress’ ill-fitting darts, aka “Nipplegate”? Weigh in by taking our poll.

Posted: 27 Feb 2013 09:08 AM PST Sure, the Academy Awards is unquestionably the biggest night in Hollywood — but not every celebrity was partying it up in Hollywood on Sunday. Case in point: Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, who spent their Oscars weekend paying a visit to a children’s hospital in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, where Reynolds is filming Queen of the Night. Photos of the newlyweds were posted on Health Sciences North’s Facebook page Sunday, in which Reynolds and Lively are seen holding a baby. "I can tell you the visit was really appreciated by the kids, their parents, and the staff on the unit,” a spokesperson for the hospital wrote on Sunday. “Mr. Reynolds and Ms. Lively were wonderful with the children.”
Since they married on Sept. 9 at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., Lively, 25, and Reynolds, 36, have kept a relatively low-key profile. In October they were photographed at the wedding of David Cross and Amber Tamblyn, with whom Lively worked on the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants film series. Check out photos from their visit to the hospital in the gallery, above. |

Posted: 27 Feb 2013 07:38 AM PST From Jay-Z and Beyoncé to Rihanna and Carly Rae Jepsen, Justin Timberlake has teamed up with more than a few superstar singers. And now he’s tacking on another name to the list: Mumford & Sons’ Marcus Mumford. The Grammy-winning artists joined forces for the soundtrack of Inside Llewyn Davis, an upcoming Coen Brothers drama in which Timberlake stars alongside Mumford’s wife, Carey Mulligan, John Goodman and Garrett Hedlund. “OK, I can tell you this. There’s a Coen Brothers film coming out soon that I was lucky enough to work with Oscar Isaac and Carey Mulligan,” the “Suit & Tie” hit-maker told England’s Capital FM. “And, coincidentally, I did work with Marcus Mumford on the soundtrack,” he added. “So I became very good friends with them.” Along with famed producer T-Bone Burnett and bluegrass band Punch Brothers, the duo laid down an as-of-yet untitled track for the feature film. “Marcus and myself, we all kind of worked on the music together and I don’t know any other world where we would have the opportunity to collaborate like that, but it was so much fun,” Timberlake said. “So, not only will that be a great movie, but the music to it will be fantastic.” Apart hitting the recording studio, Timberlake was thrilled to play a part in Inside Llewyn Davis, due out in theaters in December. But the crossover star confessed he feared not meeting the moment. “I’m obsessed with the Coen Brothers and playing a supporting role in the film was just enough for me to feel like, ‘OK, I’m not going to ruin this movie,’” the singer-actor said. “Because they just have a track record of, their movies are impeccable.” After a six-year hiatus from music, Timberlake is making a comeback with a third studio release, The 20/20 Experience, which will hit shelves on March 19. In promotion of the much-anticipate album, Timberlake will return to Saturday Night Live for a fifth time, serving as both host and musical guest on March 9. Just two days later, the former N'Sync singer will take over Late Night With Jimmy Fallon during the week of March 11-15, marking the first time a guest has been featured for an entire week. Then, come summer, the singer will hit the road with his “Suit & Tie” collaborator, Jay-Z, for a 12-city Legends Of The Summer summer stadium tour. Are you excited to hear the tune Timberlake and Mumford recorded? Weigh in below. |
