| Posted: 12 Mar 2013 05:20 PM PDT  Lady Gaga loves her outrageous fashion, but this accessory takes the cake. Designer Ken Borochov worked 24/7 to provide the superstar songstress with the ultimate fashion statement while she recovers from hip surgery. And Gaga is riding in style with her new set of 24k gold wheels.
"It was a real challenge because I only had a one week to create her wheelchair, but when I heard that Lady Gaga loved it I was totally thrilled," Borochov of luxury brand Mordekai told Celebuzz. The one-of -a-kind vintage-inspired chair comes with a black tufted calf leather seat, removable canopy, padded leg rest and even gold plates. And although it looks like something from Victorian England, the designer wanted to create a rock and roll chariot fit for the new queen of pop. "I was really honored to get the call to build the wheelchair for Lady Gaga and after she approved some sketches I started building it straight away,” added Borochov. And it wouldn’t be fit for rock royalty without the golden touch… literally. "We used 1.5 ounces of pure gold for the chair,” he said. “And I wanted it to be a mix between a chariot and a hot rod. Above all, I wanted it to be comfortable so I used tufted leather seats and added the gold spoke wheels to provide some glamour.” While Gaga is recouping from going under the knife Feb. 20 to repair a torn labrum in her right hip, her new ride will keep her on the mend in luxury, with a high back and 180 degree recliner. Borochov had previously made the performer two crowns, bracelets and a cage that was photographed by famed photog Terry Richardson. But his latest assignment was the most demanding because of the tight timeline, he said. "The chair looks great, but it is very practical and comfortable too," added Borochov. "Although I’ve created a piece of art, my main hope is that Lady Gaga really uses it while she is recovering from her surgery." The designer remained tight-lipped about how much the wheelchair is actually worth, but revealed that he wouldn’t mind if it was donated to charity or a museum once the superstar is back on her feet. And this isn’t the first time the Mother Monster has been seen in a wheelchair. Used to stirring up controversy, she caused outrage among disability groups after she wheeled herself on stage in front of 1,000 people in Sydney, Australia two years ago. Gaga also made one a main character in the video for her hit song “Paparazzi”, where she was seen wearing a neck brace after being pushed off a balcony by her on-camera beau. Jenni "JWOWW" Farley finally gets engaged on Tuesday's episode of MTV's Snooki & JWOWW. And Farley wouldn't change a thing – well, maybe one thing. "The only thing I would change was myself," she confesses to Celebuzz about the proposal that went down just as she was landing from a skydive. "I think for the first time ever, I got camera shy," she elaborates. "I could not believe it. I think I was in sensory overload." Don't expect Mathews to make his proposal easy on the guidette. There will be some fake outs and a bit of punking (in the tradition of MTV's iconic hidden camera show) before the 37-year-old finally pops the question. "I thought because of our crazy lifestyle and because of all the crazy s–t that me and him do, he was going to go in a different direction," she admits. "And he really proved me wrong and he completely shocked me. I think that was the biggest thing he wanted to do, was to kind of toy with me a little bit." Ultimately, she had no idea that the engagement would occur when it did. And when fans watch the event, they'll see that it's one of those few moments when real life and reality TV merge into an authentic milestone for the 27-year-old New Yorker’s life. "I landed and I was like freaking out," she tells us. "And I've never gotten camera shy before. I don't know if it was camera shy or just pure shock. When I land and I see all the cameras and I see Roger on one knee and I'm like, I have the 'oh s–t' face." Regardless of how she felt at the time, Farley tells us it's those moments that make all the lunacy of fame worth it. "No matter how hard it is to film or expose that part of our lives," she says. "I think it's also the best thing to have the opportunity to have this footage for the rest of my life. | ‘Mindy Project’ Cast Names Their Dream Love Interests Posted: 12 Mar 2013 03:35 PM PDT  FOX’s The Mindy Project isn’t just about three borderline insane doctors who find themselves in hilarious situations. Deep down it’s about love, right? And with the news of Chloe Sevigny guest starring as Danny’s (Chris Messina) ex-wife, Celebuzz found out who the rest of the actors would cast as their love interests on the show. Zoe Jarman. As the slightly naive Betsy, Jarman has yet to have a love interest on the show and she’s ready for one. Zarman told CB! that she isn’t sure who she would cast but she has an idea for his character. “I would love it if she had an older bofriend,” she laughs, “One that’ll shock everyone.” Ike Barinholtz. Morgan gets an A+ for turning his life around from spending some time in prison to somehow landing a job as a nurse. But, he still needs to work on his love life. Barinholtz thinks his character’s perfect match is Susan Sarandon. “I think I could legitimately get her,” he pauses for a second, “Do you have her contact?” So fans might have to wait a while before Morgan finds a lady love but Barinholtz did tell us that his character will be revisiting his roots. His prison roots, that is. “Coming up, we have an episode where all of us charity work at a prison,” he smiles just thinking about it, “So, you get to see Morgan kind of revert back to his prison world.” Beth Grant. Beverly isn’t the best nurse ever, but Grant has been promoted to a series regular so we will be seeing more of the grouchy gal. And Grant promises some funny moments. “There’s an episode we’re shooting right now where she talks about past lovers.” You might be wondering who could be interested in Beverly, but Grant will prove you wrong, “Apparently she’s been around the block a couple of times.” As for who the actress would cast for her man, she’s got a lot of actors in mind, “Mark Wahlberg, Dennis Quaid…,” she thinks for a second, “All the people that have played my sons over the years. I would love to have them be my boyfriends.” Ed Weeks. This handsome Brit has had fun being the show’s player but fans will see Dr. Jeremy Reed start to settle down. “Actually there’s already a potential love interest with one of Mindy’s old college friends.” he says. Weeks is talking about Maggie (Mary Grill), who fans met when she was in a wheelchair and who earns her living as a gym teacher. But for future love interests, Weeks has only one person in mind and he’s going for the gold, “Mindy Kaling,” he says confidently. Both characters did casually hook up a few times in the beginning of the series, so we aren’t discounting this theory. Mindy Kaling. Not only is Kaling the star of the show she is also the creator, writer and producer. So if anyone has power to cast their own love interests, it’s her. But it seems like the problem is narrowing down her choices. “Oh wow. That’s such a long list,” she tells us. She did, however, name three lucky men: Idris Elba, Jonah Hill and Timothy Olyphant. If only we all had the power to cast our own love interests. The Mindy Project airs Tuesdays at 9:30pm on FOX. |

Though her DJ pal Lady Starlight told U.K’s The Sun that the the pop superstar was close to marrying her beau of almost three years, Chicago Fire star Taylor Kinney, others close to the “Born This Way” singer say that Gaga, 26, and Kinney, 31, are still taking it slow. A source told E! Online Monday that the rumors of a wedding in the near future are “definitely not true.” Starlight, 37, had previously told the press that Gaga thought Kinney was “the one” and was ready to settle down.
“She's told me he's the one and you know that instantly when you see them together,” she said. “They were made for each other. At first I thought he was too hot to be cool but now I think he's totally awesome.” “From all I’ve heard, I don’t think I’m dropping a secret by saying they are ready to get hitched this year,” she continued, adding that the two were looking into a summer nuptial. Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, began dating Kinney after the two had met on the set of her “You and I” music video in 2011. While touring in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the two eldest members of the rock group were spotted splashing around their hotel pool with their respective ladyloves Monday. Kevin and his bikini-clad wife, Married to Jonas star Danielle Deleasa, were seen canoodling in the water before retreating to the shade for some poolside snacks. Meanwhile, Joe and his girlfriend, illustrator and former model Blanda Eggenschwiler, were also seen packing major PDA around the pool.
It has definitely been a family affair throughout the Jonas Brothers’ South American tour. Aside from hitting the stage with their younger brother Nick Jonas on drums, Kevin and Joe are also touring with Mikey Deleasa, who happens to be Danielle’s brother. “Rio thanks for the warm welcome,” the Jonas brother-in-law tweeted Monday. |

After a series of mishaps in London, Bieber has found himself in a slew of events that might have people wondering if it’s time for him to take a break from super stardom. The 27-year-old JWOWW compared her rise to fame by saying, " I think the difference between me and him is I came into this industry at 23, 24 years old, so I just had age behind me. He's been in since his mid-teens and I give him all the credit in the world." When it comes to what might be next for the Biebs, all Jenni can do is send her support. "The only thing I would say to him is I love him, I'm a huge fan and supporter of him and what he's going through is probably completely normal and just be happy. She discusses the Housewives’ somewhat-dull trip to Paris, where husbands were officially invited to join for the first time in the show’s history. McCord blames the husbands’ presence on the lack of drama and says that the women are “less prone to fighting” when their significant others are by their side. The later half of the show focuses on Kim Richards’ wacky behavior – and whether or not she has fallen off the wagon. The 28-year-old was treated to a night of flowers and fine dining on Monday by her NBA hubby Lamar Odom. The evening began when Kardashian tweeted a photo of a beautiful bouquet of white roses she had received from her husband of three years. “Lammy sent Keeks and I flowers at her house,” The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wroteon her Twitter. “So sweet!!!!”
Following the sweet snapshot, Kardashian told her 8 million followers that Odom, 33, was sweeping her off her feet on a romantic dinner date for two. “Going to dinner with my hubby… But his driving is wild LOL,” she tweeted. Grinning from ear-to-ear, the two were then spotted arriving at Scarpetta restaurant in Beverly Hills, with Odom — true to Kardashian’s words — behind the wheel. After getting word that 1D’s Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson had urged the media to “take it easy” on the Canadian crooner following his recent hospitalization, Biebs reciprocated the love by thanking the boys on his personal Twitter Monday. “@zaynmalik @Louis_Tomlinson thanks fellas,” the 19-year-old popstar wrote. “All good over here. much appreciated.” The heart-warming message comes after Malik, 20, and Tomlinson, 21, tweeted out their support to Bieber after he told fans that he had the “worst birthday” in London.
“Although I don’t know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @justin bieber,” Tomlinson wrote on Saturday, adding, “I really do empathise with him, I don’t see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know .” Malik agreed, tweeting, “@Louis_Tomlinson what a dude man :D ha got your back bro !! @justinbieber.” Bieber’s rough week started when he and his entourage were forced out of a nightclub for allegedly bringing in underaged guests to his birthday fete. After the broken bash, the “Baby” singer was booed by fans when he showed up to his show at the 02 Arena almost two hours late. The following day, Bieber collapsed onstage during a performance of “Beauty and a Beat” at the same venue and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he got into a scuffle with the paparazzi upon being discharged. Bieber has since cancelled his Portugal tour date. Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has assured both fans and the press that the cancellation was due to technical issues rather than the music sensation’s physical health.
