| A Crush Is Brewing on Disney Channel’s ‘Austin & Ally’ (EXCLUSIVE PHOTO) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 01:07 PM PST        Ah, young love drops into Disney Channel's new episode of Austin & Ally on Sunday. And as can be expected from this show, it isn't that simple. On the episode titled "Girlfriends and Girl Friends," Ally (Laura Marano), Trish (Raini Rodriguez) and Dez (Calum Worthy) step in when Austin (Ross Lynch) decides to mix business with pleasure. And Celebuzz has an exclusive photo from the episode.Austin has a crush on his Jimmy Starr's (Richard Whiten) daughter, Kira (Kiersey Clemons), and wants to ask her out on a date. Clearly, dating the daughter of the man who owns the record label you're signed to is already a possible complication… But, someone else in the crew may also have a crush on Austin and that can get doubly entangled. | Harvey Weinstein: I Should Have Played James Bond in ‘Skyfall’ (VIDEO) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 12:15 PM PST  Presenting Harvey Weinstein, movie star? On Saturday, the award-winning producer hit the red carpet for the annual Producers Guild Awards, but his attention quickly turned to the latest James Bond movie when he talked about his own gems, Silver Linings Playbook and Django Unchained. "You know, it's great that Silver Linings and Django can join Skyfall [at the box office]. That was my favorite James Bond movie," Weinstein told Celebuzz. "They just cast the wrong guy as Bond. Daniel [Craig] is a great friend of mine but let's face it. I could've done much better in the part. Please tell him I said so." This isn't the first time Weinstein has gushed about 007.Many many moons ago, a young Weinstein snuck into his first Cannes Film Festival to catch a screening of Once Upon a Time in America. Before he knew it, he was on the verge of trouble, and seconds away from his first encounter with Bond himself. "I sneak into the Palais, and I am about to get thrown out of the theater. My borther and I are sitting on the steps next to these guys in tuxedos. An di hear a voice, 'Leave the boy alone,' and it's Sean Connery, I swear to God," Weinstein told Reuters in November 2012. "And whenever they left I watched the movie on the seat. And Connery just [said], 'What are you doing?' I said, 'We snuck in.'" | Inside ‘Glee’ Star Becca Tobin’s Las Vegas Birthday Bash (EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 12:17 PM PST     Now that's a party. Just more than one week after her actual birthday (on Jan. 18), Glee's Becca Tobin celebrated the big 2-7 in style, along with plenty of confetti, glow sticks, friends and a good cause. And Celebuzz has exclusive snapshots from the weekend bash. The actress, who plays Kitty Wilde on the FOX series, donned a gorgeous white dress by NAVEN for her party, which doubled as an event to raise awareness for her anti-bullying campaign, BullyVille.com. At one point, Tobin's pals held up signs that spelled out her first name, all in celebration of the birthday girl's big day. Tobin's co-spokesperson for BullyVille, DJ Ashba of Guns N' Roses, also attended the party, held at Las Vegas' Hyde Nightclub inside the Bellagio hotel. According to a hotel guest, the two finished off their evening by gambling at one of the blackjack tables at the Bellagio. During the celebration, Tobin was presented with some special diamond earrings from celebrity jewelry designer Mark Lash. "Thank you @marklashjewerly for the gorgeous diamond earrings!! I'm a spoiled Bday girl!" the actress wrote on Twitter Sunday morning. The next episode of Glee, titled "Naked," airs Thursday at 9PM on FOX. | What Did Nicole Kidman Lose the Day Before the SAGs? (VIDEO) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 11:07 AM PST  Nicole Kidman looked all sorts of glamorous at the Producers Guild Awards on Saturday night, thanks to a chic black dress by L'wren Scott. But on the red carpet, the 45-year-old quickly became distracted after losing an accessory. "I just lost my diamond bracelet. Not good," Kidman told Celebuzz as she made her way down the press line. The Paperboy actress also dished on what her trick was to walking in heels."Hold onto somebody . . . for me," she said. Let's hope Kidman fares better at Sunday's Screen Actor's Guild Awards — she’s a presenter and a nominee. | ‘Saturday Night Live’ Recap: Adam Levine Goes Shirtless, Lonely Island Returns (VIDEOS) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 01:34 PM PST  Adam Levine did what he does best during his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live: take his shirt off. The first-time host quickly found himself on the other side of a mock setup of The Voice, along with judges Andy Samberg, Cameron Diaz and Jerry Seinfeld. "Like all successful singers, I knew it would only be a matter of time before I would overreach and try acting. Also, I've been a coach on The Voice for the last two years. So tonight I just hope that you won't judge me too harshly," said Levine, in a slick suit. "Fat chance Levine," Samberg fired back, in his bathrobe best. Diaz then voiced her reasons for why she's the best choice for a comedy coach. "I've hosted before. So trust me. The first thing you should do as host . . . is take off your shirt. Just take it off," she said. While the shirtless display was one of the highlights of the night, perhaps the biggest screams and cheers went to the return of SNL's first digital short since Samberg's departure last season.
Levine, along with Samberg's Lonely Island BFFs Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, celebrate all things "YOLO" in a wonderfully orchestrated three minutes. (Musical guest Kendrick Lamar also drops a couple verses). SNL also hosted a battleground for Levine's band Maroon 5 and Train. "Alright Train, fan out. Make yourselves at home," Taran Killam says as Pat Monahan. "Oh, hello Train. What do you think you're doing here?" Levine asks. "Uh, I think it's a free country, soul sister," Killam says. Jason Mraz (played by Jason Sudeikis) and John Mayer (Bill Hader) later join in on the fun. Catfish also made its way to the SNL lineup, with Levine posing as the MTV series' host Nev Schulman. | 10 Life Lessons Learned From ‘Girls’ (PHOTOS) Posted: 27 Jan 2013 01:34 PM PST        HBO’s hit series Girls, which was just renewed for a third season, has been characterized as being all-too realistic and I, for one, couldn’t agree more. The four leading ladies of the show echo today’s everywoman and offer up a heaping dose of relatable woes on topics ranging from boys to finances. Similar to Sex and the City in that everyone can relate to the characters as they navigate their way through singledom and their blossoming (at best) careers in New York City.So what has the Golden Globe-winning series taught me? Endless life lessons to say the least. Whether Lena Dunham’s character, Hannah, is butchering a break-up speech to her on-again-off-again boyfriend Adam (Adam Driver), or Shoshana (Zosia Mamet) is battling virginity jitters, the ladies of Girls recreate nostalgic life moments that really hit home. The gut-wrenching scenes of Marnie (Allison Williams) walking right into a minefield of ex-boyfriends leaves me not only sympathetic, but reminded of exactly what not to do. And who could forget the free-spirited Jessa (Jemima Kirke)? I am both envious and weary of her newfound love and blink-and-you’d-miss-it marriage – reminding us that sometimes cupid’s arrow hits you hard and it’s possible to fall for a stranger. Whatever trouble our favorite characters find themselves in, fear not. The bond between the twenty-somethings is unbreakable and so is my love for all things Girls.From facing your fears to having your BFF’s back, Dunham’s standout show is filled to the brim with lessons I won’t soon forget. | Hey, Daniel Day-Lewis, Busy Philipps Really Wants a Photo With You Posted: 26 Jan 2013 08:50 PM PST        Busy Philipps is totally excited to blow up this year's Screen Actors Guild Awards on Twitter. She's this year's Social Media Ambassador and she's taking the role very seriously. But, there may be one person that will test the actress' professionalism. "I'm really contemplating whether or not I'm going to stalk Daniel Day-Lewis and make him take a Twitpic with me," Philipps tells Celebuzz. "Of all the people, I'm the most terrified of Daniel Day-Lewis," she explains. "And I also feel like, if he even knows what Twitter is, he certainly will be horrified by the idea of taking a Twitpic."The pregnant actress isn't aiming to put off the Lincoln actor, who will be presenting an award at the ceremony. It's just the fan's heart wants what it wants. "I love him so much and respect him so deeply and I think it would be incredible to stalk him and make him take a Twitpic with me," the 33-year-old says. "At first, I was like, he's the one person I'm not even going to look at in the eye. But now, I think, maybe, as a challenge to myself, I should try to find him and just ask, 'I'm the social media ambassador for the SAG Awards, would you please take a picture with me, that I can post online?'" A girl can dream, right? But, Philipps knows from personal experience that taking a photo with the intense actor isn't out of the realm of possibility for someone in her official capacity at the awards show."I remember, Michelle [Williams] and I took a picture with Regina King last year, because Regina came right up to us and was like, 'I'm the Social Media Ambassador. You girls are so cute. Will you take a picture with me?' And she had her son take the picture. And I remember, at the time, I was like, 'Social Media Ambassador. What a cool job. I wonder how someone gets that.' And now, I know. They ask you." Cougar Town airs Tuesdays at 10PM on TBS. Posted: 27 Jan 2013 01:34 PM PST        Although she won't be attending this weekend's Screen Actors Guild Awards, actress Odette Annable will still be keeping an eye out for all her favorite fashionistas from her living room couch. "If they do the same thing that they did for the Golden Globes, then I'm going to be really excited to see Kate Hudson and Kerry Washington," Annable, the new spokesperson for Clear Scalp and Hair Beauty Therapy, told Celebuzz. "Kerry Washington just blew it out of the park. I thought she looked so fantastic," the 27-year-old, who made CB’s list of the best-dressed stars at New York Fashion Week, continued. "My good friend Stacy Keibler always looks really great… Kate Hudson, oh my gosh, in that Alexander McQueen number she wore, I was just floored. I loved it."Annable's husband, ABC’s now-canceled 666 Park Avenue and Brothers & Sisters alum Dave Annable, and some friends will join her in watching Sunday's SAG Awards show. She's not spilling which movies and TV shows are her favorite, but she did tell us her party plan for watching this weekend's show. "We're always rooting for our friends or our favorite movies to win. It's always such a nice thing to have friends over," the Los Angeles native said. "We break out the wine and have a little party and watch it all together. We just like to keep it fun." | Jennifer Lawrence Has Pneumonia, Skips AACTA Awards in West Hollywood Posted: 27 Jan 2013 01:34 PM PST        Even Hollywood gets sick sometimes. On Saturday, Jennifer Lawrence was a no show when she was named Best Actress at the second annual Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts’ (AACTA) International Awards in West Hollywood, Calif. Accepting the award on her behalf was her Silver Linings Playbook co-star Jacki Weaver, who announced that Lawrence was suffering from a case of pneumonia. “Poor Jen is really sick. She really is sick,” Weaver said at the podium. Weaver, along with their other co-star Robert De Niro, also took home awards for Best Supporting Actress and Actor, while Bradley Cooper lost the Best Actor prize to Lincoln's Daniel Day-Lewis. Lawrence's illness comes just two weeks after the 70th Golden Globe Awards, where she announced she had the flu. "I don't want to shake your hand, I have the flu! Sorry!" she told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet while donning a gorgeous Dior haute couture gown.
Let's hope Lawrence has a fast recovery, otherwise she may also have to skip Sunday's Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. The 22-year-old actress is both a nominee and a presenter. The mother of two recently took to her personal blog to talk about her favorite items from the line: Our new Kardashian Kollection line for Dorothy Perkins launched this week and I wanted to share two of my favorite pieces. I wore these while we were in London for the big launch event last year.
One is the black pleat blouse — really feminine and slightly sexy with the sheer fabric, and the other is a polka dot blazer, which everyone has been asking me about since I wore at our Westfield launch in London. Some two days after wearing a revealing dress to the 40 Principales Awards show in Spain, Taylor Swift turned heads again on Saturday night. The 23-year-old showed off her gorgeous gams in a low cut sequined dress by Elie Saab for the annual NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France. Swift, who finished off her look in a pair of gold pumps, hit the red carpet with journalist Nikos Aliagas, who will host the event. "This Cannes sunset situation," Swift wrote on Twitter the day before, along with an Instagram photo of the view outside her window.Fans of Swift's brief romance with Harry Styles should hold their breathes: One Direction is also expected to attend the awards show on Saturday. Miley Cyrus is all sorts of sexy, donning a revealing white blazer and white pants for the March cover of Cosmopolitan. But what her biggest fans may talk about after the issue hits newsstands Feb. 5, is what she calls her fiancé Liam Hemsworth in the interview. When asked if she ever has a moment where she can't believe how hot her Aussie beau is, Cyrus had this to say. "Yeah, all the time! I'll literally look at him and be like 'You are hot, dear god!' The other day, I turned on the pool heater and it was steaming, and he walked outside and took off his clothes . . . I was like, 'I'm gonna faint — the hottest guy in my life is in a steaming pool. This looks like a Playgirl shoot.' "So I took a photo and made it the background on my phone. My best friend grabeed my phone and was like, 'Who's that? He is so hot!' That's my hubby!" Cyrus, who's been engaged to the 23-year-old Hunger Games hunk since May 2012, also mentioned Hemsworth in her list of life priorities.
"Number one is my relationship with Liam. That's what I feel the most confident in because you never know; there's so much hype behind my new record, but it could come out and, worst-case scenario, everyone f**king hates it," she said. Cyrus' follow-up to her 2010 mega album Can't Be Tamed, which has sold more than 2 million copies worldwide, is slated for a 2013 release.
